Some people are living far below their potential because they don’t believe in themselves. All they need is someone to come along and tell them they believe in them.

I try to do this everyday and am so thankful for all of those people that have believed/still believe in me.

Spot on! In the world of sales you can work to a quota someone else set, or you can work to your potential and exceed most company set quotas.

Some live a step up as well. “One Up” grandiose or a step down “one Down” insignificant. I wish I could be in the middle all the time.

I never can catch myself until it’s to late in the grandiose state! and results are usually not good for others around me.
