I learned many years ago that by going to the gym every morning when it opens at 5am , I’m able to get a good 60-90 minute workout in doing both cardio and weights. When I get Into work ( I also do the same when traveling) I’m already motivated to lead by example by beginning each day with a positive attitude.
Early AM exercise sort if gives me a shield of armour for the day! This allows be sell with confidence, conviction and enthusiasm every day!
I’ve been doing this for 25 years +, try it it’s a game changer and a “life” CHANGER!
