I’ve always maintained that if you “sell with CONFIDENCE, CONVICTION AND ENTHUSIASM, customers will buy from you because of your passion for your product and or service.
The same also hold true for managing your team. Doesn’t it make total sense that if you LEAD with CONFIDENCE, CONVICTION AND ENTHUSIASM, have fun and recognize individual and TEAM results, your TEAM will more often than not meet and exceed their goal’s and objectives!

Fear is a reality many people have and don’t know another reality. Fear is miserable yet its the reality that is negated to so often.
