My choice is to start my day every morning with a 5 AM trip to the GYM with my wife. Not only do we get in an hour of cardio and weight work, but I also get to watch the world news, local news and lay out my day before I get off the treadmill or elliptical!
My Mon- Fri early AM workouts provide me with a “shield of armor” which enables me to stay positive during the day and more easily deal with negative issues that never penetrate
my iron clad skin. How do you “build yourself up” every day?
