It just takes enough grit

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

If you are like a lot of others, you sometimes set goals and then don’t achieve them.  Perhaps your resolve wasn’t really there in the first place and you made your goals lightly.  Or perhaps like many others when you realized the sacrifice necessary to accomplish your goal, you lacked the self discipline needed and gave up.

In either case, it wasn’t the goal that conquered you, it was you.

Isn’t that something?  We can be in control of our lives after all. It just takes enough commitment and discipline on our part.

Wow.

Tom M.

In a world full of countless distractions, discipline is arguably the most difficult personal trait to maintain. But its benefits are so significant that it’s always worth the effort.
