Some business owners are trying but it’s not working (as well as they would like). Others are comfortable and not trying.

This onwer would be in the catagory of ” business not working as well as I’d like” and I appreicate the thoughts and input on a daily basis. Often this helps me pull back a bit,think about an issue from a new angle and move forward.
Looking back in time I can see improvements today, by changing the way I thought and communicating that to my team.

yes I have the inspirational cd and have shared it with others….thanks for the message that inspiration looks different for different people!
