I am encapsulating my basement crawlspace. The floor of it is partial concrete & partial dirt. Do I need to insulate the floor with anything (like rigid foam board) prior to putting down a 20 mil poly vapor barrier? Or should I just leave the floor as is? It seems like the floor would need to be insulated the same as the walls because the ground is cold & that would leak cold air.
