Both are necessary in abundance to influence others and sell well. You have to overshoot the level of enthusiasm and confidence the prospect will need to make a decision.

In my 30+ years of sales management and training I’ve always believed and demonstrated that when you sell with CONFIDENCE, CONVICTION & EMOTION…customers will buy!
