I waited and researched my options instead of joking right in to a new opportunity. I allowed a little time for the reality of the opportunity and realized the systems & finances need to be in order before proceeding.
We decided to remove some pretty good people in our company that were blockers to make room for great people in their places. We took a large percentage of our profits and reinvested them in Ayers Basement Systems to pay these great people to help us build wealth.
