Threaten my marketing manager and sales manager!!! No, a year ago we doubled our sales by doubling our leads and improving our ADL. But our ADL was terrible. Our leads are up 15% this year and our ADL is up 30%. We have had three record months out of four this year.

For those of you out there who still don’t understand ADL, raising ADL with level lead generation still increases sales. In any case, hire a marketing person and send your sales people to training. That is what you need to double sales.

I would meet with the gang leader. Then I would send his head back to his gang with a note that they had each better send me 10 good leads or else! Maybe that’s not the answer you were looking for…lol.

Look at what I’ve been doing, evaluate: High value stays, low value goes. Talk to my team to do the same. Then meet, Inspire, educate, strategize, plan – work the plan with regular evaluation.

I would ask them to name their expected benefit from the gain then I would point out the new possibilities, flaws in their thinking, consequences, and advantages of doing things the way I see it fit and the importance of their role and cooperation in gaining the most from this great opportunity.
