Are there people in your organization that you think don’t need to know some things that are viewed as “important” for other more worthy employees to know?
Little important information should be withheld from any employee. You’d be surprised what employees lower on the totem pole can contribute when empowered with the right information – and asked to think.
Is EVERYONE pulling in the same direction?
So true…many times it is those “employees lower on the totem pole” that are in direct contact with the clients/customers – they can be more in the know of what the marketplace is really like.
