“I don’t have time to improve”

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Not many of us are sitting around saying “Boy, I have nothing to do”.  We have more than enough things to do to fill up our time. But when we have no gaps in our schedule, we can’t learn, improve, re-create, and be spontaneous.

The key is to stop doing things – a “stop doing list”.  Kick out low value activites from your schedule to make room for higher value ones.

What will YOU stop doing?
