We all get upset about things – at people, at members of groups, or maybe were just in a bad mood and were aggravated at everything. It’s these times when people say and do things to damage relationships – with employees, co-workers, friends and family.
Often, the story of failed or struggling business owners is a story of them being jerks – behavior people just can’t forget; or they can’t trust that same behavior from the boss won’t rear it’s ugly head as it has so many times before. They’re out.
