If that’s you, you are training everyone to copy you, and all your people have the same weaknesses (and blindness to knowing where the gaps are).
Hire some people with different knowledge, skills and personalities. Diversity is good.

Hi Larry,
Wanted to reach out and thank you for the 8 secrets of success on TED. Another way to look at this is to find people with different knowledge and skills to fit the 8 secrets and carmelize that into a “Success Stew” in our companies. You mean it’s gonna be hard too? I’m not that smart!
