Running a business well, once you get it set up that way, is easier than running it poorly. So why don’t we make a change? Many of us are afraid.
Afraid we will lose the meager results we have. Afraid to learn something new. Afraid to fail. Afraid to look stupid. Afraid to get out of our comfort zone. Afraid to succeed.
All it takes is a decision – on your part.
Larry – this message REALLY hit home for me. I have several things I need to do right now to get my business set up to run well. I know it will make things easier for me, and more importantly, improve my service to my customers. But I’ve been avoiding those things and putting them off. Why? One word: fear. I need to hire an admin person to take care of areas where I am dropping the ball. I’m scared of taking this next atep. I’m afraid of affording this new employee. I’m afraid of not having enough leadership to manage another employee. But I need to move forward…to make things run more smoothly and make life easier. Here goes nothing…
