Thinking we have all the answers and looking strong in all situations is NOT the role of a leader – meaning you. You don’t have all the answers. Nobody does. And we aren’t fooling anyone by trying to make it appear we do.
Sometimes “I don’t know, I need help”, may be the best thing you can say.
