It’s the years of preparation, training, learning, failing fast and most importantly identifying the most critical things to spend our precious time on NOW. We have learned that there is no substitute for the 2 two hour weekly sales training sessions held in the “Mike Lane” style for our sales people. Holding them accountable to the highest standard and having the discipline to enforce the Basement Systems experience for our customers and companies best interest works.
