If they are in your drawer and a secret they won’t matter to anyone but you.
Do the people that need to be involved to make the goals a reality know about them?
Is there a plan of action for each dept/team member for each month and week to get there?

Such good wisdom. SMB owners need someone to take them by the hand, just like Cy did with Troy, to show them how to build a bottoms up model that is doable. Troy was thinking too small b/c he had no vision for how to leverage the talent of others. From $150K to $650K, that’s a big beta. Why not hold a New Year’s resolution workshop, 2 hrs, worksheets included, for your dealers to learn how to set stretch goals and then monthly tactics to get there? Invite those who don’t currently use Treehouse’s services. And charge a nominal fee for it. My guess is, you already have this process down. Why not teach it to others? Just a thought.
