Very true, I’ve notice many big established companies have long term workforces with 10 -15yrs experience with that company or in that industry. Those people are so self managing and so rarely cause any grief that their companies benefit tremendously from the expertise on hand. The can focus on moving forward vs trying to ‘herd cats’.
