I don’t like this one. I don’t want to work with that one. She talks too much. He’s always late. He points out others’ flaws. She is insulted easily.

People are different. There will never be a group of people with the exact qualities any one of them wants.

The leader’s choice is to magnify the “problems” or smooth them out and keep the team productive and moving forward.

The problems and mistakes do need to be pointed out if we dont want people to live in denial thinking that they are doing such a great job while in reality they managed to sink their own ship.

It is the style of the delivery that counts but once again you can not communicate with people who think they know everything. They wont listen and they will think you are wrong and you are the one who needs to be helped to change.
