Leader or Boss

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Leaders bring out the best in others, share their knowledge, care about others, and find a way for others to succeed.

Bosses force others in line, continually point out others’ weaknesses, and judge others’ behavior as right or wrong.

Leaders are respected and followed.  Bosses are feared and left.

Are you a leader, or boss?

Andrea

Does my earlier communication of pointing out flaws in the system, method and results make me bossy? Maybe, but leading requires you to step up and speak up and depending who listens and how they take what you have to say will determine the name they form for you. You can not please everyone, be you, be authentic.
