Think like an outsider

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Often industry outsiders are the ones that come up with the breakthrough innovations that screw up all the companies already operating in the business.  They have no stake in the “old way” and no reverence for relationships or methods in the old machine.

Is your investment in the past and present way of doing it preventing you from doing it a new and better way, or even seeing it?

Make yourself obsolete before someone else does.

I saved up enough money to last me for 2 to 4 years (measured by american living standards) if I am careful with my purchases which is plenty of time for me to find a job or a new career utilizing my innate abilities. Another option I have is to move back with my parents and find a job in the country I was born. I have plenty of experience and certifications to make it on my own.
