It’s the gap between the demands on you and your ability to meet those demands as fast as they come.
So either reduce the demands on yourself (delegate, lighten your load, get help, stop doing some stuff, let things go), or increase your ability to meet them (learn what you need to, make the decisions).
Stress is not good for you. Don’t mess with it.
Take charge, and get it off you.

That is why we go on a vacation so when we go back home as a new person we can say that we are glad we made that trip because it was awesome even when we panicked or did not understand the local customs and see a point in them. Vacations are great but I personally prefer them being connected to nature or outdoors as much as possible.
