To much to do (have to or want to)?  We often steal time from sleep.  This leaves us tired.  What do we do to maintain our energy if we are tired?  Eat and drink a lot of (the wrong) stuff.  Then we are more tired and gain weight.

Getting enough sleep directly connected to our weight and our health and happiness.
