The more I remind myself of these types of truths, and put them into action, the happier I am. Similar to this I read recently “your current habits are perfectly designed for your current results.” That has stuck with me.

Research says it takes 66 days to form a habit, so you have to be consistent and focused if you want to be successful. One of my habits is to brush my teeth after every meal and floss daily. At 80 years of age I still have great check-ups at the dentist! Decide what you want to become a habit, then perform daily- in a few months you will get your reward!
