In my decades of observation and practice I have come to believe that the leader is the limitation in business – and if he/she can come to understand this and learn how to think, they can become unlimited through other people.

I’ve listen to Tony Robbins my whole life…never caught on to his teachings until I went to the “School of Entrepreneurship” and worked with Larry. Wow! I wish I found out about Larry’s company 20 yrs ago!

If a owner/leader hits his or her limits, they should hire a GM and let that person take the business to new levels with new creativity and leadership. My first job out of college was a company in Bridgeport. Coworkers “liked” the owner/leader, but he wasn’t that approachable. However, they really liked and respected the GM and responded accordingly. The company flourished. When he retired that company was never the same. Hire a good GM and watch your company grow.
