The leader will get swamped as the organization grows if she/he does not empower others with parts of their job.
Don’t hold on to everything you used to do. It’s a different business now and you are only one person. Otherwise, you are the obstruction to your business growing.
Make your job smaller until you can do it really well in 45 hours a week.
